Loved the size of the apartment and comfort factor. Closeness to the beach and restaurants was a plus. We were given an upgrade to a better apartment for the same rate. Would definitely consider a return visit for a longer period. -

The staff were very friendly and helped as soon as they could when our Foxtel did not work. Ironed out the problem and gave us two bottles of wine for waiting for it to be fixed. The spa is lovely outside. Very clean unit with good views towards trees and hills. Close to walk to Main Beach. The unit had a lovely front verandah and one out the back

Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. Kitchen was well-stocked and had space to move around in. The view to the south and west from the lounge in Unit 1 is good. Good value. Would stay again.

Pleasant outlook onto the estuary. Plenty of space. Easy access to the foreshore. Convenient to the town shops by car. Polite and helpful staff. -
Yamba, Location and room. There is so much to do around there and the Yamba Shores Tavern is a great place for dinner with the children

The pool area is very nice - with plenty of shade for those really hot days. Would definitely recommend this B&B for your stay in Yamba.

only leads to the sea so no traffic noise at night. A club almost
opposite and some very nice sea and river walks on the doorsteps. It was
wonderful for the price to receive a cooked breakfast delivered to our

The yummy breakfast delivered to our room plus the Sunday paper. Short walking distance to the Sunday markets on the Clarence River plus the Bowls Club was walking distance across the road. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Will be definitely staying here again.

Fantastic place. I was most impressed. We stayed in the Penthouse and
they had many things I did not expect such as picnic sets, games for the
kids, dvds, books, just so many things that you don't think to bring
but made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location and view was

From the moment my wife and I arrived,Les and Margaret couldn't do enough for us. The room was immaculate to say the least; the location is very handy and breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone needing somewhere to stay if travelling to Iluka, you can't go wrong here.
