We were welcomed by the very friendly Linley (and his dog) who were both a delight. Meet Linley's wife later on and found her to be equally as pleasant, The motel is situation in a lovely location - close to the shops and river walks. Loved the fact that the rooms were very clean and tidy and were non
smoking. A great view of the adjacent parkland and local river was
magnificent. Rooms had free Wi Fi, good lighting and were very
comfortable and had just enough kitchen amenities. Rooms were quite, and
we could hear the stream and birds. Excellent value for money. Great
Italian restaurant just up the road.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends. -

Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. -
Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation.
Clean good size room.
Each bed had electric blanket and a spare heater if needed.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, warm and neat with all conveniences for the reasonable price. Location was ideal. So close to town and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again myself. -

I found the Motel to be extremely clean and excellent value. The owners were very friendly and easy to talk to. The location of the Motel is convenient to the town and it is well set up. I thought the gardens were well cared for and a lovely outlook for a small motel. -
