  I stayed in the female dorm for one night, the room was clean and proper, the weekend manager was very helpful to make a call to airport shuttle for me. Bathroom was also nice and clean, the guests were a nice people. This hostel is located in the quite neighborhood which allows you to have a nice deep sleep. And it is just few minutes walk to the... cosa dice la gente » crowd in James St, also few minutes walk to the CAT bus station that can get you around Perth for free. - I stayed in my own room with a queen bed. Very comfortable. No fridge in room but access to main fridges in share kitchen. The private rooms are a great compromise between having friendly international travellers around but not having to share a room if you like your privacy. Will be my first stop next time I stay in Perth.

  I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July. The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :) I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I visited other places whilst there, Emp Crown still tops the list and it is value for money. And also ec thank you for granting my request! Esp giving me the room in the women's dorm & lower bunk.
