We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. -

Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

non ho apprezzato questo hotel :vecchio e tenuto male per essere un 4 stelle - Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. -

The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! I believe her name was kirsten or maybe something similar , she deserves an enormous amount of credit because she really knew her information regarding the menu plus she made us some of the most delicious cocktails I've ever

It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

We were a group of girls in our early 20s and this place suited us perfectly and we would definielty stay here again
- very clean
- staff very friendly
- rooms spacious
- bathroom big with nice shower
- 10 mins walk from the tavern
- disabled access friendly ( seat in the shower if you cant quite stand up after that 10 min walk home from the tav!

We did not stay for very long as we were on our way to Albany but I have to say the staff at the hotel was very helpful. And the room was great. Margaret River itself is very quaint. Loved the little cafe as you come into town and we visited the petting farm and had a whale of a time with the animals there. I would certainly return there if given a choice.

Can not believe how helpful and courteous the staff were --- all of them with no exception --- location is unbelievable walking distance from anything you may wish to go to and the room amenities were very good --- would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. -

We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

While flat is close to freeway still very quiet and private .
Good cafe on ground floor frequented by locals .
And they provide free off street parking - a rarity on Perth .

Reception staff who understand that they are working in the hospitality business.The girl on reception had stayed back because we were late checking in and she greeted us outside to ensure that we gained access even though we had instructions to do it.Thank you ...it was after 6.00pm and a long flight.
