  The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Initially we stayed there as it also included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all. The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there again.   Absolutely fantastic. I stayed at the Sebel Mandurah a few years back after it was just built. Now, about 4 years on, I wondered if the hotel would be in the same pristine condition. I needn't have wondered. The rooms were just as clean and as well maintained as they were when the place was new. Great size rooms and a brilliant location.   It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay.   Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.
