We had a lovely stay.
Staff there were fantastic, they were both lovely people and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were very comfy and roomy, there was nothing more we could have asked for, it had everything you could want.
I would highly recommend Burns beach bed & Breakfast.
Thank you so much for all your help while my mum and I were there :-)

The setting was magical. Serene, fairytale garden, beside a river.
Ambience unbelievable, with farmyard feel, geese meandering in the 5 acres of old world charm, and oozing with history and antiques. Amazing array of all sorts of wares to buy displayed in every nook and crany. Breakfast in the barn cosy and inviting. A wonderful retreat at a very affordable price.

Arrived late in the evening due to travel and touristing, the manager contacted us to let us know that the key will be left out and that everything is ready for our arrival. Very spacious, clean & comfortable unit, well-equipped kitchen. Handy to Ellen Cove, Middleton Beach. I didn't grade the staff question as we arrived after the office shut & key was left out for us, and likewise when we left, nobody was at reception, so we just left the key on the desk

The view - I'm always dubious that an advert for 'ocean view' will be that but it was on this occasion. Setting out of the apartment was very well done. Although we had to wait till about 2.25 to check in reception guy was polite & gave us a bottle of wine & late check out to compensate. Need to go in summer if prices right.

The never ending help from the staff over and above of their duties.
The food was excellent and the service was excellent.
Being pensioners the room we had was great as we did not have to walk far to the restaurant. -

The short answer is ... everything.
The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

The professional, courteous and concerned manner in which the Guest Relations personnel dealt with our disappointment and frustration at the room we were allocated. We were delighted when we were upgraded the next morning to a sensational room with a stunning view. We will return! -
