Helen was very very kind to accommodate our late arrival and the house was nothing but cozy and lovely. The bathroom was cleaned and well stocked, and her home made breakfast was one of the best meals we have eaten in Perth. Thank you for your hospitality!

Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. The upstairs living space with the tv was a great addition to the downstairs living room. Overall it was a very relaxing place to stay. -

Immaculate facilities with a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and there was a very clean undercover BBQ area. Location is ideal for Middleton Beach and walking along the Boardwalk around Mt Clarence. Park Avenue Holiday Units were in a quiet location and the unit was very comfortable. Very near the main street, a couple of mins walk but quiet.
The owners Glenys and Ray are extremely helpful to ensure all is well and our stay pleasant. They will also recommend popular restaurants nearby and help with booking of day tours. We enjoyed our stay at Vintages. Highly recommended!!
