  The room is basic, but it is neat and tidy. I also liked the fact that it was so close to everything, and I didn't require a car. It was quite, so I was able to get my much needed sleep. When I got into the accommodation in the afternoon, I liked the fact that there was someone to greet me. I would stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. - We were pleasantly surprised with "The Wright Lodge". Room was small but quite adequate, very clean and comfortable. At check in we were given directions to get to the city - not too far away - and the staff were extremely helpful. Certainly value for money - we will stay there again!

  Fantastic and friendly staff member, josh. Spacious, clean kitchen with good equipment. Free wifi - though it took some time to get onto it. Comfortable room and (huge) bed with a fridge in the room too. Bathrooms were clean.   The owners of the hostel have been super nice to us, allowing me to drop the booking and stay only 3 out of 4 days I booked. The place is really close to the ferry wharf and it is just a perfect base to start your adventure in ki! All facilities were handy. The owner was accomodating and charged no fee even though we've got a mess due to confusion with all our bookings and did not cancell some days at this hostel.   Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the backpackers in receiving my online reservation, however the staff member rectified this by upgrading my stay to a larger room with an ensuite which I was grateful for.
