Very close to beach, and marina, shops, places to eat ( great variety to choose from) public transport. great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks
definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value

we booked a spa and it was well worth the money. The room was huge and so peaceful. Highly reccommended to anyone.

view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs
excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on
numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished.

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. There was initially a mix up with our rooms but the staff promptly provided a solution and even gave us late check-out, we were very impressed! -
