  Camera, colazione e staff - Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

  The staff were friendly & only too happy to help. We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. Great value for money, truly enjoyable stay. Cannot recommend it enough. - Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus. I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

  Family room was great with the 2 bedrooms - enough space for 3 teenage daughters. Staff were easy to deal with (and spoke clear english) and made changes easy - Meal from Capricornia Resturant was excellent. Glad room offered basic items like microwave, sink & plates.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. Totally recommend 10/10.

  The staff were very efficient and friendly,the room was very clean and tidy,can't say a bad word about my stay there.Will always stay there when in rocky and would recommend it to everyone.And the food was great - Nice place to stay over night very friendly and helpful staff.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... cosa dice la gente » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.
