  The Darwin Central Hotel is perfectly situated, close to retaurants, tourist venues and public transportantion. My room was clean, quiet, attractive, and well-air-conditioned. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. In particular, the hotel front desk staff was superb. If I'm ever back in Darwin, I'll be sure to stay here again. - Conveniently located, right in the city. Very attentive and supportive staff. Spacious rooms (with even spaciour bathrooms), well maintained, tastefully furnished and super clean. Lot's of restaurants, cafes and shops in walking distance. We stayed there the first night of our trip after arriving in Darwin, but decided to stay a night longer as we liked it so much. Highly recommended!

  Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it.   The reception staff is the best. I forgot her name but she was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure I never missed anything including the pick up taxi even though she wasn't on duty. The pool is well maintained bui didn't have enough time for it. I saw families catching fun. Very close to cbd. Rooms were maintained daily with fresh towels as required. It had a pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
