  Clean, comfortable room, nice big comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Not too far from city centre but having a car is useful as bus service infrequent. Air- conditioner worked well to keep the room cool.   We've stayed there a few times - some for work and some personal. We have enjoyed the facilities/wining and dining and always found staff more than helpful. We have spent time in the pool which is welcoming and clean. LOVE the new block and especially the art in the new block. It was handy having the restaurant withing walking distance after travelling by car for most of the day and the variety of food was excellent. My husband recommends the Vindaloo. He loved it.

  Views were excellent. Apartment was a good size with large balcony. Daily cleaning best standard we have experienced. New carpet. Two TVs (one in bedroom) appreciated. Location quiet, yet close to everything. Lobby, coffee shop and restaurant each a cool, peaceful refuge from the heat. King bed(2singles) comfortable, so slept well. The location was perfect - a very pretty area, lovely view over the harbour and easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, wharf precinct. There was a good travel shop with great staff in the foyer which made it very easy to arrange excursion and get information about what to do and how to get around.

Pretty location apart from (see next box) . Enjoyed a swim in the small pool which was a shock as the water was cold but once used to it was refreshing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked a tour that took us camping for two nights and the hotel offered to stow our luggage for us until we returned.
