  We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would certainly go back again. - Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes.   With a change of plans we were readily accommodated with a change of rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our liking and then left us alone to enjoy our stay.   Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage.
