  Abby who works there spoilt us. She went above & beyond for us, even picking us up with our luggage from the other side of town before check in & taking us to the shops so we didn't have to walk! It was a lovely place. I wouldn't go there without my partner as its more for couples but it was lovely, comfortable & inviting.   Richard & myself were impressed with the presentation of all the staff. They were always friendly and courteous with a smile on their face. The two young porters or concierges went out of their way to look after us, even suggesting places to see and dine at outside the resort. Our special thanks go to Nick and Vincent in the dining room. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent, the fireplaces, the overall ambiance of the public and guest rooms was inviting and comfortable. We'll be back for our 1st Anniversary in July 2014. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to getaway and enjoy a relaxing peaceful environemnt with excellent service and great food.
