  Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  I would thoroughly recommend Marty's at Little Beach. The room was very modern with a large bathroom and shower. The hot water was very welcome. It was great to see a hairdryer, ironing board and iron available in the room.   Lovely warm welcome. The Uki looked beautiful but as it was a cold night, arriving in the dark, we opted for a room in the house. It was lovely. Everything we needed and we could cook our own meals in the kitchen in the garden. The gardens were lovely and had great views - a little gem of a place and credit to the owners. Renate and Paul make you feel welcome the moment you cross the threshold, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfasts are amazing. The best parts for both of us were the tremendous views of Mt Warning and the sounds of the birds and wildlife at all times of the day. Comfortable rooms and surroundings.

  The family room had a door to section off the kids room. Also a tv for kids and one for parents. The microwave, kettle, toaster n fridge. Loved the plunger coffee. - The position was good. Staff were friendly and helpful - proud to promote their areas. Had plenty of ideas and suggestions where to go and/or dine.
