  I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. The location couldn't be more perfect, surrounded by water and a lovely walk along the harbour foreshore and beyond to reach the restaurants, cafes and The Rocks, but tucked away enough t... cosa dice la gente » o be peaceful and quiet. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

  Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy. Parking was close to the room. The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic. Having undercover parking was good. The area is quiet and conveniently close to motorway, shopping centre, university and hospital.

  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... cosa dice la gente » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  The setting was great, shame about the weather. The dinner in the dining room on Saturday evening was exceptional. The food and service was outstanding even with 3 large separate parties. - The setting, the area close to the open fire. The Buffet Breakfast. The cafe as a place to enjoy a coffee .   Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
