table to sit at with 2 chairs, so you didn't have to sit on the
beds. The room had everything we needed except a dvd player. Management
explained that they weren't provided as they had Foxtel.Port

The location was just a short walk downhill to the Port Macquarie town centre.
The motel was pleasantly presented and staff helpful and friendly.

The Shelly Beach was perfect. A lovely townhouse which was presented in a spotless condition with well appointed facilities. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The children loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights but wished we had booked longer. -

The accommodation was very clean, even had complimentary shampoo, shower cap and soap, along with a very generous supply of tea and coffee etc. Despite being on a very busy road, the place was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen seemed to be quite new, as well as being fresh and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was clean, comfortable, family friendly and very easy to get to from the car park. This made carrying our bags a lot easier. We loved their fuss free system for very late check ins, which helped greatly with our tiresome five hour drive from Sydney and another six on our way back from the Gold Coast. All staff members we met were so friendly and warm and helpful; the room and facilities were most comfortable and the spa was a godsend; the breakfast most generous and delicious and available early; the location perfect for walking into the central city area, and we loved the free, delicious, buttery biscuits on the reception

The setting of the hotel was good close to the water with an easy stroll
into the town. Not having a lift was a drawback as with heavy cases a
bit of a struggle up the stairs. We decided to pay for the buffet
breakfast which was excellent with the food freshly cooked. On the whole
at £74 the hotel was good value for money.

We only stayed one night as we were in Port Macquarie for a Floral art workshop and were able to leave our bags early on the way through. If we had needed to stay for the three nights as others did around the town it would have had everything we needed and space to work on designs at night.

Neil and Christine were lovely hosts accomodating my family perfectly. The pool was clean and water was warm. Other facilities were also great. The room was clean and the location was also good. Walking distance to family friendly tavern and a short car ride into the heart of town. will definately stay there agin if travelling that way.
