It was pouring with rain when we visited so we couldn't do much. Plenty of options close by for dinner and close to the Sunshine Coast Airport, which was our reason for visiting. I would be happy to stay there again. -

the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - close drive to Airport and beach, and with a 5 minute walk over the bridge you could take advantage of a lovely riverside walk. The cabins were clean and spacious. the atmospere was very relaxing. -

The room including the bathroom was spotless, cleaner than any 5 star hotels I have stayed in and the motel grounds were extremely well kept.
The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.
I aslo felt very safe over my whole stay.
I highly recommend this motel and the price was fantastic.
The air con was very powerful and easy to use. -

The apartment was well equipped and had everything required to be self sufficient. The bath was a luxury after a week of camping. Located by the river means it is easy so enjoy a stroll on the water front. Travelling on a budget it was a bonus to find the local bus passed by making transfer to the airport cheap and convenient. My wife and I only stayed at River Sands for one night because we were attending a party on the Sunshine Coast. We liked the apartment because it was clean, in a quiet location, well priced, and close to the river for a pleasant walk.

We loved our apt.It was bright, cheery, airy, absolutely everything we needed was there. Furniture was very comfy and modern. Good to have an ensuite and a full bathroom and kitchen. Loved the sheltered balcony and additional parking spaces nearby as well as a garage. Far enough from the township for a good walk without being a great distance from the shops.

The cabins were clan and tidy and just what we needed for a single night stay for a destination family wedding in school holiday season.
The staff were very pleasant and despite this not being my usual choice in accommodation- I could not fault it for cleanliness nor comfort.
It definitely served its purpose and was a great value choice in the end

We have stayed at many motels, but as soon as we walked into the unit, we were
very impressed. Nice big TV. A big plus for us. Very clean and roomy. A toaster was a big plus as well. Not many provide even that. Lovely gardens around the pool also. Very Very happy.
