  La posizione è stupenda e i bungalows lo sono ancora di più, ideale per rilassarsi un pò!!! - We were in the Jungle Walk Bungalow for 4 nights. The staff and facilities were excellent. We were there with our infant and found the resort to be very baby-friendly. We dined at the Ospreys restaurant every night and loved the food. The lodge is away from the bustle of city life but not too far and they have a shuttle that can be arranged to take you into Port Douglas (or Cairns/airport) for a fee. I would certainly recommend Thala and - Nice room with a lovely veranda in the woods. The staff is very motivated and nice. The Restaurant was good and quiet on one night, but slow and loud (2 groups) the other. We were compensated for the late Arrival of the meal on the second night - were offered free drinks and free Dessert (which we didn't take) and lots of apologies.
