The staff at Quest Newcastle was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We felt well looked after from the moment we arrived and shared a few jokes. We had a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom apartment; both were very spacious, modern, clean and tidy with balcony. -

Staff were fantastic! I got a room with no fridge or cooking facilities which is what I thought I paid for and they immediately upgraded me to accommodate my needs. couldn't have asked for better service and room was lovely and spacious -

I liked the friendly welcome we got from the staff, and cleaners each morning when we crossed pathes when going out or coming in, also the service of our compartment was good -
Location was convenient to Beaumont Street restaurants and was clean, comfortable and generally fairly quiet.
The staff were great also.

Loved the late check in anywhere up until midnight which was great for us as we'd been out at the Lovedale Long Lunch all day and then went out afterwards. The pub was going off when we arrived so we carried on with a beer and boogied with the DJ. Staff here are great too, super friendly and helpful. -

This is a great place, 12 newly decorated bdrooms above a friendly bar and restaurant. Check in was smooth and the guy who showed us around was very friendly (his mum was Scottish). Our room was great and had an ensuite and the comfiest bed ever! Don't be put off by the rooms that don't have ensuites as there is 12 rooms in total and 7 of them
