We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice.   The room I had - 206 - was perfect after a long tiring & emotionally draining 6 week trip overseas. The shower was best I have had anywhere - a good very strong jet of instantly hot/cold water. Provison of small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities was good and should be basic feature of standard hotel accommodation. YOur reception staff were very courteous and friendly - I love this hotel. This was my second stay there. The location is fantastic, particularly if you are driving into the city from the airport like I was - easy to find. The staff are very very helpful and went out of their way to help me. The building is a little bit old and needs some small repairs, but really you can't beat this place for location and value for money.
