Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge
and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Plum Southbank for one night prior to an over seas trip. It was a convenient location to the Restaurant Tram which we can recommend and easy access back to the airport. f1. Handy to walk into and around the city. Public transport excellent
but comfortably covered a lot on foot. We were placed in the apartments
next door to The Plum - was still the same management. Room was
spotless, excellent facilities and we had a fantastic 270 degree view of
the city scape - magic at night.

It was fabulous to discover it was only a two minute walk around the corner to the Regent's Theatre. Perfect when we went to Melbourne to see King Kong. So, so very close to so many cafes for breakfast, lunch and coffee. A very central location to hop on a tram to go anywhere and only one or two stops to the CBD shops and mall! Yes!

From the moment we walked in the door the experience was friendly. So nice to have excellent costumer service and treated like a person. The appartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. We are heading to melbourne this weekend and hope to stay again.

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

Comfortable, very quiet environment.
I arrived in the rain - the Saturday receptionist lent me an umbrella for the duration of my stay.
When I got sick, it was easy to extend my stay. The housekeeper made a point of asking if I needed anything. -

The location was great, walking distance to cbd. Loved the 2 bedroom
suite we were assigned, had everything you could ask for except the
internet connection which was a waste of time (and money). The staff we
encountered during the day were super. Night clerk was not very helpful
or friendly. -

Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel.
The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30

Always enjoy our stay at Harbourview. It's perfect location to shops, transport, restaurants etc is what makes our trips so enjoyable.
Staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions we have.
Accommodates our early arrival when can and rooms are always to our liking.

I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . FOC parking when most other locations in South Yarra do not offer plentiful FOC parking.
