The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with
everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and

Excellent big pool. Amazing view of the city and the Yarra. Not looking
directly into the window of another building like most cbd hotels.
Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to
keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you -

Amazing location, luxurious rooms especially the beds and the bathrooms,
balcony and windows you can actually open to stand on the balcony and
look over the city. Staff were fabulous and staying at The Westin was so
wonderful I didn't want to leave - ever. -

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. -

We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had a beautiful room . -
