We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

The hotel was funky and elegant, and the staff was courteous. The room was chic and spacious, with a sitting area as well as bed. Bathroom was huge, with a jet tub & enclosed shower. Located on a main street near trams & shopping. -

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. -

We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had a beautiful room . -

The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

Will be staying here again, fantastic location. We went to the football at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday and it was not even a 5 minute walk great when you have young children. Everything was really great. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again.
We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne.

It is the second time that I have stayed at ALT and it won't be that last. We had primary schooled aged kids and there is a community play ground across the road which was neat. Tram stop not far away as is a metro station. The apartments are new and modern though ours was so new the drier was still to be enstalled :)

Unbelievable value for money. Cannot believe we got such a great view of the Melbourne skyline with the amount charged. The sunsets and sunrises from such a height were mesmerizing. Everything was neat and clean, parking was a plus. Overall bloody awesome. I have already recommended to a few friends and family.
