It was so close to all the hustle and bustle in the Cross. The nightlife is amazing. Getting back to my comfortable room was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and obliging. I will be staying again! -

staff were excellent. manny in the restaurant downstairs was great + rooftop dining a rare treat. Fresh food market across the road is perfectly paired to the kitchenette in the rooms.
Taxi's easy to find.

Very helpful staff. Very clean - Extremely well situated, 3 mn walk from Kings Cross station. Bars and restaurants around. Possible to arrive after hours if the staff is informed: the key waits for you in a small coded box close to entrance door. Free wifi connection.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We often asked for directions and suggestions of places to visit and they were all helpful and happy to advise and give suggestions. The apartment was lovely and clean and offered everything we needed for our week long trip to Sydney.....right down to providing washing powder for the washing machine. Brilliant!

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The location was perfect for our needs. On check-in/check-out I was attended by Luis who was so friendly and welcoming and from that experience the rest of our stay was superb. The Deluxe Studio was fantastic - so much room for 2 adults/2 kids. We had a great meal at the pub next door and plenty of other food options close by. The light breakfast

Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.
