  The staff were very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to assist with any requests or answer questions. The food was yum & such great value & the staff were friendly & gave great service. The accommodation was very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family & friends & everyone else that wants a great value for money stay in Hobart.

I was able to park my car there early, well before check in, which allowed me to roam without having to pay for expensive parking. Check in was available early but I just went to one of the many pubs on the waterfront instead. - Onsite parking, lovely friendly and helpful reception staff (Sean and Chris), fabulous room with little courtyard, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fab facilities, great location, would definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!!

  The Location was an excellent point to be to tour Hobart and the surrounds. Easy to get in and out of. Everything that you needed whilst on Holiday was basically walking distance. The location suited me perfectly as I walked out of the dining room across the road and 100 meters later was on the Mona ferry. I had a harbour facing room and it was clean, warm and comfortable. Because it is a refit of differently aged buildings there is a charming "Fawltyness" to the interior. Short stairways, creaky floor - Staff were brilliant. We arrived on an unusually very hot day (and our room was unfortunately on the north west corner). Even with the fan going, we were unable to sleep due to this unfortunate combination of circumstances. In the morning with all other rooms booked, we decided to curtail our pre-booked stay - staff were extremely professional, even offering to cloak our luggage until we were able to make other arrangements.   This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money.   Excellent & friendly staff, very good location, great view of the harbour from Mt Stewart position. Good restaurant, not overpriced & very good selection on menu. - We were made to feel right at home as from the minute we checked in, the staff were really lovely, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back .

The restaurant staff very friendly and chatty.
