  The biggest plus is the location, close to shops and restaurants and walking path by the river. Given the location, the price is reasonable also. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Very little noise at rear where we were and balcony was good. - Nicely designed rooms, everything was in order and a very pleasant experience.   Later checkout (11am) as I travelled for a half marathon. Allowed me to shower post race before check out. Lovely staff - changed my rate to room only when they found out I wasn't having breakfast (due to running during the whole time it was on). - Great set-up for kids, separate room with own TV and grassed areas to play.
