The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. The kitchen was great.I really wanted to cook and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool is very long - perfect for lap swimming. It is also super for kids. The beds were very comfortable. - good quick service from reception when we had an injury!
- cleaners were really good
- great view (from the 7th floor)
- the hotel was very clean
- beds were comfortable
- all round really enjoyable experience would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others

The rooms were comfortable, and quite spacious for families.
Everything was available for us in the room if we needed these facilities. Would certainly stay here again - hoping the hoons aren't around on the outside streets, and also the building next door will be finished! -

Great location, close to Canberra main attractions (Old and New Parliament House; National Gallery; National Library; Lake Burley Griffin). Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Homely feel. Very close to a precinct with good restaurants, bar, supermarket etc. Felt like a place one could stay for two weeks and have a real holiday!

Reception staff - very friendly at each encounter. I was welcomed with unsolicited suggestions and free maps - very nice touch you would normally only see in a small country town.

My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.

The staff were VERY accommodating and allowed a late checkout at no extra cost. This was very helpful as it saved the hassle of waking up early after a long drive from melbourne. We had a toddler so the extra hour sleep-in was appreciated!
Location was central and close to cafe's etc

Beds were very comfortable

Apartment was perfectly clean and appointed well.
All amenities were in good order. Undercover parking was a bonus especially give the weather was chilly.
Receptionist Jenny was very helpful with local knowledge.
That the apartment was serviced daily, even though we only stayed 2 nights, was much appreciated and unexpected.

I had a note on my file that I liked the apartment that we stayed in last time and would prefer it for future bookings. I was kindly rang by a staff member to let me know that room was not available as it was a two bedroom apartment I had booked a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular!
We were so close to all the places we wanted to visit Parliment House, The War Memorial and Shopping in the City.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for top accommodation in the city at a reasonable price.

The apartment had everything you needed. It was close to the airport and
you could'nt hear the planes. The bathroom was very small but very
clean as was the kitchen. It was a very quiet complex. I would return
again and a nice touch with fresh fruit on the table. Beds were
comfortable overall good value for money.

The two bedroom apartment suited our family group of 3 adults and two children with the addition of a single bed. Easy access from the basement garage to the fourth floor to a well appointed and bright apartment - the king beds were divine. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you. -

Very good value for money, the unit was clean with good heating. Car parking was good. The facilities and Restaurant were good clan and good food. The swimming pool area looks nice, but not the weather to try it out.
The location to all the things you want to do and the CBD was excellant. -
All the dishes and utensils were supplied.

The apartment was well appointed and serviced every day. The bus stop into the City was just around the corner running every half hour, the trip only taking 15-20 mins. Loved the pool. Liked having a small balcony. The location is fantastic
- close to great restaurants and shops and the Bus Depot Markets. We
could walk down to the fireworks on Saturday night.We had a great time!

I still think accommodation in the ACT is ridiculously expensive and the Lodge was the cheapest I could find. The shared showers/toilet is a bit o a pain but everything was immaculate and I didn't have to wait to use any of the facilities. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and being able to cook in the kitchen was very handy. The free breakfast is also very good. An excellent option if you're on a budget or an extended stay in Canberra. It's location close to Kingston shops is great. It's also easy to get into the city and a short walk to the lake.
