  The staff were exceptional. I had arrived in Canberra around 8am. I called into the Mantra at 10am asking if we could get an early check in. We had booked 2 rooms so I asked if we could be near each other. Not only did we get an early check of 12.30pm but also got a free upgrade with rooms side by side. We particularly appreciated that the room had crockery and cutlery and a decent table with two chairs, in addition to tea and coffee-making facilities. This made it very comfortable to have breakfast in the room with things we bought from a supermarket the day before. Excellent bathroom, too.

  When leaving the hotel I thought that the accommodation fee had already been charged to my credit card but was told that it not how letsbookhotel.com works, which I know is not the case, so I hope I haven't been charged twice. Also they tried to charge me for drinks in the restaurant which I hadn't had. - Location was perfect for two older female... cosa dice la gente » friends who wanted to see the Turner Exhibition, and also do a lot of walking to explore the National Capital. We were delighted with the friendly and efficient staff, and felt very much "at home" during our short visit.
