  Monaco is at most 2 years old - our one bedroom apartment (7th floor) was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a large balcony with (close) ocean view, doors to balcony off both sitting area and bedroom. Had a great holiday! - The building and units themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The accommodation is of a high standard and immaculately clean. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Everything is at your doorstep within easy walking distance - no need to get the car out.

Great apartments, for basic holiday stay, nice balcony, kitchen had everything you could need to cook simple meals - maybe not set up for more gourmet type home made meal - ie. no oven.
