  The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside.   the appartment was a good size, had balcony, and kitchenette, though we only used for breakfast. the unit was sunny. Though we didn't have vehicle there was a lock up garage available. - We will definately be going back to Caloundra and to the Beachside apartments. Fantastic location, staff were great, and the unit was lovely.

  The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a very late check in and the transition of check in that late was so smooth. Our apartment was very well set out with nothing to need but our cloths and food.
