  The room was really nice; good size, comfy beds, great bathroom. Looked just like the photos (for once!). Greeted by lovely staff who were always friendly. Walked to and from station everyday which was very manageable so great location, used the gym which was basic but met all the needs of a holiday work out. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

  Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. We stayed in a double room with a harbour view on the 12th floor. Staff were efficient and friendly.   Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with all needs met plus a few extras - Everything! The room was big, Modern and Clean. The food in the cafe was lovely and good value and the staff were very helpful and friendly. :-)
