  Proximity to 4 fast food places, two great restaurants, pizza and a pub was excellent. Very friendly ans helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great value for money. Second stay here and would stay again. - Staff went out of the way to be helpful. They gave us utensils to take to a local park to BBQ. Nothing was too much trouble .

  The price was great, the rooms were clean & tidy, the rooms had a fridge & microwave, air con & electric blankets, large TV & somewhere to sit to eat. The shower was consistently hot enough, the laundry facilities were good & were free.   The greeter was very approachable, friendly. The room was HUGE. The exterior was immaculate. (One could eat off the driveway!) The pub down the street had a great pulled-pork-on-a-bun! - Location for us was perfect as we needed to go to NEGS. Loved the microwave..not for cooking but for heat packs...needed for arthritis!!!! All good
