It was just a very warm inviting and peaceful place to be for myself and partner and I would - my stay was enjoyable because the staff care, exceptionally clean/ comfortable rooms with tea/coffee facilities, safe in room, free parking, unlimited free wifi, free use of laundry room. a relaxed feel in communal areas. 5 mins walk to train station,10 mins to central sydney opera house, darling harbor, circular quay. honest and friendly staff.

We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground.   The staff were very friendly. We requested for an early check in time which they made it happen. They took care of the taxi rental reservation on the way back to the airport the next day. They even tried to put us as far form the pub as possible. There is a bistro down stairs so food was no problem.
