We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily!
I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.

Struttura nuova e lussuosa, appartamenti spaziosi e dotati di ogni comfort. Internet WIFI al top. Ogni appartamento ha il suo WIFI con segnale fondo scala e collegamento più che veloce con la bellezza di un GB ogni 24 ore! The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding

Loved the kindness and friendliness of the staff.The room was very comfortable,best sleep I had in ages.The location was perfect for our needs.My 10yr old daughter felt like a princess with all the old world charm around her.My daughter was treated with politeness and respect she also commented that everyone smiled who worked there,well done!!!! -

Good location if you're happy to walk a little bit or take public transport. Welcoming feel and a more social environment, especially in comparison to hotels. Clean, well decorated with friendly, professional, efficient staff. Really enjoyed staying in a less commercial facility in the city.

I know that a few people have commented about the description of a one-bedroom apartment vs a studio, but the layout was perfect for us with young children; decent size and very clean bathroom (no bath just shower), king size bed that is 'open' plan in an area or 'room' and then into the large combined kitchen, dining and lounge area with good size balcony.
