Liked the staff service even though there was only 1 person at reception when we arrived.
Felt welcome and was impressed with the facilities available.
A negative feature was that breakfast was only available as room service not in the dining room. Had it been we would have enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel.

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

staff very helpful and friendly. spa room was clean, spacious with simple but tasteful decor. At ground floor breakfast is well organised and presented with combo of help yourself continental and order from the menu. waitress was very efficient and friendly. parking was easy I got a park near the door. -

I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

The size of the room was great. Windows opened and we had a balcony. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss. Everyone was helpful and friendly. -

The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. Nice to have the balcony onto Hindley St to get out and watch the goings on, nice eating nearby, 2 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Would definately stay again.

Regal Park is in a very convenient location for a City visit just 50m off the main dO'Connell St yet we did not have a problem with traffic noise, nor did we hear other guests which was great considering we were in town on the busiest weekend of the year. Check-in desk (male) staff member was very friendly, warm and efficient. Very good value for money, location is excellent (with many fine eateries around the corner in O'Connell Street), room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi is great too, as is the free off-street parking.
