  Spacious accommodation. Obliging staff. Pleasant, well-run dining area for breakfast. No cooked food but plenty of cereals, toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee available to help yourself to. - Nice room and bathroom bonus it has spa bath!! Staff were great and it suited our needs breakfast was what was stated would go back.

  This is the best B & B I have stayed at. Having looked around I preferred it to the local hotels. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure. Don't miss the superb locally sourced evening meals. Followed by a relaxing sit in the sun lounge overlooking the beach, available to guests all day. My room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. The marine has the most wonderful setting with a superb view across thurso shore to scrabster harbour, Holborn head, Orkneys and dunned head. Thanks Karen & Richie for your helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts, my great start to perfect days. I will be visiting you again.

  The room was really nicely decorated, the double bed was huge&comfy. Our hostess was very lovely and she served us a wonderful full Scottish breakfast. I really loved here, would definitely recommend staying. - we found the owner of The Eagleview very pleasant and welcoming.   Everything! I was up from Central Scotland for a weekend conference at the Eden Centre and I couldn't have been treated better if I was the Queen. I was 2.5hrs late, due to weather conditions but I was very warmly welcomed by Margaret, the propriates. I'm disabled and was in the disabled room, right next to the front door. Very comfortable bed and the room was spotless. A very friendly and helpful manager. Excellent central location, right in the heart of Inverness, capital of the Highlands. Also just a 2 minute walk from Eden Court Theatre (see website for shows, concerts, plays and cinema films programme). Only a 5 minute walk over the River Ness and you are in the centre of Inverness.   This is how it should be done! It's so important with a B and B to find the right balance of attentive owners without it being too intimate and it was perfect here...we met the friendliest couple we'd come across when using B and Bs. Should be 5*. They really have thought of everything and can't do enough for you. DVDs, games and books - Our stay was excellent from the minute we arrived. We were greeted by our hosts and sat down beside a roaring log fire with cups of tea with shortcakes. The room was extremely comfortable with an lovely kingsize bed, large ensuite and tasteful Scottish decor. In the morning Allan prepared an brilliant full Scottish breakfast with what was the best black pudding I have tasted in ages! All in all an excellent stay and ideally situated for our following day in the hills.
