  I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. It also has a bar and restaurant on site which allows you to sit, relax, eat and drink (with a good selection of cocktails,... ce que les gens disent » whiskey, and local brews. The staff was very nice. - The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

  A picturesque, peaceful place. Large tasteful bedroom, beautifully furnished. Fabulous bathroom/wet room. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like we were staying with the owners in their own home rather than paying guests. Breakfast was first class.   Brilliant stay at a gorgeous little b&B. Wendy (the owner) was absolutely lovely and went completely out of her way to make you feel at home, no request was too difficult. The rooms were great, well decorated with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also brilliant - a great way to start a big day around the beautiful Scottish Highlands. -... ce que les gens disent » We enjoyed our time at Iona. The breakfasts were great and set us up well for a day of walking around the town or in the surrounding countryside, Wendy, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate in size and very clean. If we were to return to Inverness would stay at Iona again.
