  The room was very modern,clean and reminded me more of a city apartment with it's flat screen tv and stylish fittings. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Derby city center.   The staff were great, I arrived 10 minutes after making the booking and caught them on the hop but I was able to eat a really pleasant meal whilst they prepped the room. The room was great and the following morning I enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked by the owner. A B&B rather than a 'pub' but with evening meals readily available. Very good location for visiting Donnington Park and NT property. Safe/easy parking.   Pleasant stay, everything went smoothly; friendly and professional staff - all for a bargain price. Free coffee, tea, biscuits and water is a lovely bonus. Room and bathroom was clean to highest standard. Fantastic central location. I was surprised by Derby, it is a nice, clean town with plenty of pubs and restaurants. We will definetely come back when the weather will be better (it was snowing and very chilly during our stay). - I think what makes Jurys Inn different from all other hotel chain is that , they do really invest in good staffs, friendly professional team is what they have , rest assured that youl be looked after really well when you stay with them, just amazing how excellent these staffs are of jurys inn , well done. Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for us. Overall a good experience. - The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The bedroom was very attractive, with comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothes with hangers. Bathroom was well fitted with a lovely power shower, and nice extras like shampoo etc.

  The standard of cleanliness and its location was excellent. We were able to book a smoking room which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Nothing worse than standing outside in the cold . Because of that we felt able to maximise the relaxation factor and our room was spacious . The breakfast was hot, and fresh and in a clean bright dining room. ... ce que les gens disent » I found the staff very helpful throughout the hotel , and very courteous. Would definitely use this hotel again. - Claire in Reservations was very helpful and got us the right rooms for our requirements. Rooms were large, well cleaned and breakfast plentiful. Free internet was a huge bonus, nice to see a company not charging for something as important as wifi and the speed was good too. Perhaps worth installing a blocker for bit torrent downloads though. All in all, the hotel does represent good value for money.

  C'est un hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont très silencieuses bien que l'aéroport et l'autoroute soient proches, le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix, et le restaurant est égalemen très bien. Le personnel et très gentil et prévenant. - accueil trés moyen et personnel peu professionnel

  Very friendly welcoming staff who couldnt do enough for you, room was clean, smart with extremely comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom the shower was great I didnt want to get out! Located very central to town- restaurants, bars, shopping but without being noisey. Easy 5 minute drive to countryside, 40minites to alton towers. Breakfast was good ... ce que les gens disent » and served til 11 which was a plus as didn't feel you had to get up early like some hotels, would definitely stay again! - The location was good adjacent to the bus station, and easy to locate. The receptionist was very attentive and checking in was a breeze, she even called our rooms after arrival to enquire if we were happy and was there anything else that we required. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a 24 hour bar and also room service which was a great bonus. Will be visiting in the future and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Derby.
