The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! Chiang Mai was my favorite place to visit in Thialand. There were wonderful boutiques, jewelry, food and an authentic Thia feeling. Very friendly people. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

The location is the best feature with this guesthouse. Right next to Saturday Street Market and main temples and it also boasts plenty of eating and breakfast opportunities nearby. Very helpful and Nice staff. Always ready to help in anything. We arrived at chiang mai at 6 a.m and the check in should be only at 12 a.m but they give us a room to sleep.
The breakfast was very good and we could choose what to eat, they have 4 options. The locatin is fine, just in the centre. They offer 2 new bottle of water everyday.

All the rooms are very charming and unique, and although we booked a particular room already, the staff was nice enough to let us check out all the available rooms and choose one we liked when we arrived. We loved the Ayutthaya room.

rooms were clean and spacious and the shower facilities were more than I

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

The staff were amazing! They were so helpful would stay again just for them! Felt so peaceful and relaxing being just by the river but only a v short tuk tuk ride to the city and everything you need.

Comfortable setting with western breakfast included - transportation was easily accessible to anywhere - tours were easily booked - they knew of less costly tours than those found on the internet which saved a lot of money - restaurants and other shopping within walking distance -

We have stayed here for three nights. Guest house is realy close to the city center, rooms are nothing special but realy good for the price we paid (we were only sleeping there). In the room there are moscito nets on the window (nice for all of us who have good blood). The owner is realy friendly and helpful. He booked us a van to Pai, elephant farm and he called us a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport. I would recommend Cumpun guest house to all of you who are looking

Très bonne situation dans la vieille ville de Chiang Mai.
Très bon accueil.
Notre chambre donnait sur un temple.
La veille, on nous fait choisir le petit déjeuner parmi 3 formules et c'est vraiment un bonheur de le prendre sur la terrasse très sympa.
Le wifi marche très bien.
Nous avons laissé nos valises et du linge à laver avant de faire un péri

La gentillesse de l'accueil, le positionnement de l'hôtel idéal pour découvrir les temples de Chang Mai, le temple juste en face de l'hôtel, le fait d'avoir l'impression d'être au coeur de la ville.... et non pas dans un quartier de backpacker comme dans d'autres parties de la ville
