The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! Chiang Mai was my favorite place to visit in Thialand. There were wonderful boutiques, jewelry, food and an authentic Thia feeling. Very friendly people. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

Seven senses is one of the best place we stayed in Thailand, and one of the cheapest too!
All the rooms are very charming and unique, and although we booked a particular room already, the staff was nice enough to let us check out all the available rooms and choose one we liked when we arrived. We loved the Ayutthaya room.

Excellent location- in the old town with great shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet but close to everything. ATM in lobby was super convenient. Staff was very helpful. Huge rooms- we had our own kitchen with table, fridge, microwave and kettle. Lots of room to spread out. Highly recommended- would stay here again for sure! Great value for money.

The staff at S.K. House 2 were fantastic. Very friendly, above and
beyond the friendliness I've come to know of the Thai people. The
rooms were clean and spacious and the shower facilities were more than I
expected, having travelled Bangkok, koh Phangon and Phi Phi. If you plan

The location is ideal - central to all the night markets & the Night Bazaar itself.
The swimming pool is obviously the focal point of the resort, but the overall layout, rooms, and restaurant are all worthy of a mention in their own right.
The service staff are very reliable, honest, friendly and open to a bit of a chat - most welcoming.

The layout of the guesthouse was excellent - swimming pool, restaurant area, and reception area. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Most of the reception staff were friendly, but all were efficient with their service. The food was reasonable without being outstanding.
My room up-grade was good with wi-fi access in the room most convenient. All facilities were in good working order. Would book again.

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

The owner (I'm assuming he's the owner...) was so warm, friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips on where to eat, what to see and where to go for almost anything we needed/wanted. His suggestions were always bang on and as a result I think he really enhanced our experience in Chiang Mai! Thank you!

The family who run this guesthouse were so friendly and so welcoming and gave us some brilliant tips as to where to go (including a local restaurant where the food was to die for). The location is prefect for exploring the city. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and our room was a good size with very comfortable beds. We felt very relaxed and happy there. It was a lovely place, I would love to go back. I can't recommend it highly enough (and Chiang Mai is also wonderful).
