merveilleux de gentillesse, les chambres tres spacieuses, la petite
piscine qui est plus un atrium qu ' une piscine avec son eau froide
si rafraichissante apres la moiteur d' un apres midi de ballade..
Tout n ' est que luxe..calme et si on veut...volupte....!le petit

I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed at in thailand the service was excellent the staff went out of their way to make you comfortable from carrying your bags to your room to arranging anything you need the price was so reasonable and it was just outside the old city the beds where comfortable and the pillows soft room large clean and pleasant

The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. It is indeed a value for money hotel. The free shuttle is a plus. -

The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! Chiang Mai was my favorite place to visit in Thialand. There were wonderful boutiques, jewelry, food and an authentic Thia feeling. Very friendly people. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

All the rooms are very charming and unique, and although we booked a particular room already, the staff was nice enough to let us check out all the available rooms and choose one we liked when we arrived. We loved the Ayutthaya room.
