The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. It is indeed a value for money hotel. The free shuttle is a plus. -

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Staff were fantastic. One night I was struggling to sleep as the family nextdoor were extremely noisy (babies crying, TV very loud, doors slamming etc). The hotel staff were incredibly sympathetic and even offered to move me to another floor. I was impressed by how well they managed this.

Location is excellent, few minutes walk to night bazaar and nightlife. In the morning we walked to sveral ancient tempels, only 15-20mins then caught a tuk tuk back to hotel. The prefect place at a very affordable price. Very helpness and friendly staff.

The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very
helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that
because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to
stay at the villa.
I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.
It's not a five star hotel, more like a family

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. If you want to visit the town and the surroundings and at the same time listen to birds at night don't lo

Liked that the hotel is known by all taxi / TukTuk drivers and so its easy to find. Tip: tell driver you want to go to ''Eeeem Hotel, Tap Pie''. Convenient eating and banking close to hotel. -
