  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place was quiet and we got a great deal on a pool-side room. The weather held (mostly) but was extremely hot - up to 38c at times, so the pool (and aircon) were a blessing. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

  Great value hotel in a good location right on Thae Phae gate. 10 mins to the night bazaar or 1 minute to the walking street. Nice rooms and mine had a good view of the city. - Reception staff, buffet breakfast and restaurant staff, room size, location, secure parking, fast lifts. Great value for money.
