We stayed in apartment number 2 which was a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor (broadly representative of all the apartments - more on this later). You get a double bedroom (with doors onto a balcony or veranda). There’s a small safe in

It is ideally located for the beach. The apartment was very clean and the furniture comfortable with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The staff are especially helpful and friendly.

Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. We were staying B/B so cannot comment on the evening meal but the breakfast was excellent, with choice galore & as much (or little) as you wish from fresh fruit, cooked and continental br

The staff are excellent: professional and competent whilst also friendly and good humoured. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre. It was our first time at this hotel even though we have been to Pollensa many times before and it was wonderful! The hotel is amazing, excellent location, right on the beach. Breakfast served at the "jetty" which is a little terrace right on the sea, you can watch the fish and birds from there while listening to chill music and having the perfect breakfast with champagne and strawberry every morning while the sea awakening. The owners are extremely kind and willing to give us lots of information on things to do on this island (what to visit, nice walks etc..). They are lovely people with heart for their business.

hotel. So friendly and hardworking. They made me feel so welcome and as
I was on my own nothing was too much trouble. Then even walked me to the

The Uyal was away from the main resort bustle but an easy, flat stroll
to the centre of things when we wanted the shops and restaurants etc.
Local bus stops to Alcudia and Pollense Old Town were 100 meters from
Uyal and cost 3Euros single, for 2 people. Our room was tastefully
decorated and immaculate. We had a fabulous view from our front facing

We enjoyed being across the street from the beautiful beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was a variety of food to please everyone's taste. The room had free internet which was great. We never had problems finding a place to park that was close to the hotel. We also liked that it was a nice walk to the town center and there were all kinds of restaurants in the vicinity.

Great hotel right in front of a beautiful beach. Beautiful room with huge comfy bed and mallorquin/arabic motives opening to an amazing view from the balcony to the bahia and the boats afar, perfect for my wife to enjoy her birthday sunrise. A small and friendly hotel in a fantastic location - breakfast right next to the beach on Pine Walk is just perfect. It's worth booking a room with balcony at the front. Port de Pollensa is a great base to explore the north and east sides of Majorca.

Hotel was comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Great bike facilities - secure and safe. Nice pool and sun loungers. I was able to take a shower on my last day there after checking out in one of the spare rooms. I had a late flight and needed one after a day on the beech -

Staff were ever so friendly. I was only bed and breakfast but the food was great. Room was lovely and it was very peaceful only a few mins walk to the lovely sandy beech. I would definitely stay again and would take my kids there as the entertainment looked great -

Very helpful staff especially Juan the night porter who booked us in.There was a problem with our booking but we were upgraded straight away to a suite which was spacious and luxurious. Food at breakfast was excellent with wide choice of cooked and cold food. Excellent pool with no problems finding a lounger. -

Excellently refurbished apartments just a row back from the beach. We asked for a sunny low floor apartment with a nice view and this is what we got. In the party there were a 60 year old, a 30 year old couple and a 2 year old and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness and facilities in apartment were excellent as were the helpful staf

The apartments are just complete refurbished! We were the first to sleep in the apartment. Very good bed,tidy and super shower! Price was fair and reasonable. Just 5 minutes walk from port the pollenca boulevard
