Lovely room, very clean! Room serviced every day with fresh towels. Loved the spa bath and sky t.v for relaxing when not sightseeing. Nice to be provided with complimentary milk, filter coffee, biscuits etc. Great location, within walking distance of Napier town, i site, aquarium, beach and other points of interest. John, the owner is very helpful, great for advice on wine tours, restaurants etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I lost an earring whilst staying at Ballina, I rang them soon after I left and reported it missing, it was returned to my home address in a day very impressed. -

Was staying with a group of friends who were in other rooms. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were all by each other which was awesome. The 2 bedroom unit was extremely spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were huge and the beds very comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay -

There was nothing Not to like. On arrival we were upgraded to a unit
with a view which we loved. Our hosts were friendly and very
accommodating. We went to the office to ask for a taxi to Ahuriri and we
were given a lift! They were great fun and will definitely return with

What a great place.....I cannot fault anything! The lovely host Carol; gave time for me to unpack & unwind then come to the room and showed me around as well as gave demos on how to use the facilities, i.e. shower & spa. Breakfast was delivered in the pouring rain and was hot and yummy tasty!! Staff were all helpful, friendly & very welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel through. Thanks :)

Jeremy, Gina and all staff exceptionally helpful, nothing posed a problem. Service superb. Chalet clean, warm and comfortable. Food some of the best tasted anywhere. The Sunday special "chips and dips" was superb!! -
