  Adored the location - given a room right on the Ocean view - rooms are just suburb and luxurious - one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in AND THE PILLOWS....WOW!!! Loved them so much we are ordering a couple through your Crown Hotel to be sent to us. - We stayed in a loft apartment and it was excellent.   The staff were incredible. The place has everything you could want in a stay. Laundry machines all free (and full sized) parking, caring staff. Duvets sheeting and towels really good quality.   I loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was classic Edwardian style but comfortable. Quiet, spacious room and the extra touches such as the welcome letter, email upon return to home and those lovely personal touches ceratinly makes we want to return for a longer stay. A great stay, shame it wasn't for longer. - Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Hotel had all facilities expected of a hotel at the tariff rate. Staff were friendly and courteous. Nice extra was the morning letter delivered to the room advising of daily events in the city and forecast weather.
