  The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight.   if we request something, the front desk officer will always attend to it. They also clean the room and change the towels, linens everyday. WiFi works good! - Value for money, nice price and near the green line for the bus station (reason we picked the hotel). Staff friendly.
