  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure.   A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the crowded markets with suitcases.   The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon. The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion. Street markets are just at the doorstep too - The deluxe room was spacious and very comfortable. The staffs were very attentive and friendly.
