Both staff and the place itself kept me cheerful trough my stay. I felt very homie. 100 Cintra is full of charisma in avery possible way! You can sense the history every where. There was plenty of locations to hide and read, work or just relax (house is full of secret spots :) -

Very Clean, Good breakfast provided, Helpful staff, Great showers, comfortable bed.
As an older couple staying here was slightly out of our comfort zone. Met some great young people who were backpacking.
The bus's in and around Georgetown were frequent and inexpensive.
We would recommend the Red Court Inn and hope to stay again. -

where it's easy to meet people. And beside the usual toast and jam,
they have something hot and fruit. Room was not really big (we had a
double), but we fit in. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

L`acceuil et les explications du personnel. -
The Dwell is a lovely place to relax and enjoy local life. There are
many nearby food choices from famous hawker stands to restaurants of all
variety. It's an easy ride on the bus to downtown Georgetown and a
nice distance from it's crowds. The staff is excellent. Jennifer

everyone there is polite and fun to be around. I was delighted to return
and hope to do so again. -
The staff is very friendly and helpful. At our arrival, the staff handed
us city maps with the different locations to see in town and the place
to eat the different food specialities from Penang.
They have also helped us to rent a motorbike and arranged the pick up from airport.
The hotel is located on a very charming street with traditional houses.
Hotel room is very clean and well furnished (AC, TV, ...)

Good location it's right in the center near the hawker food stalls in georgetown.
The owner is cool and gives you the key to come and leave at anytime. He gives too a few advices to visit around the city / which bus to take.
There are fans and mosquitoe nets in room.
You can pay at the end of the stay. -
I can not fault the staff at Moon Tree.

He supplied us with a local mobile phone which had his number in it and a taxi number in case we had any questions which i thought was a brilliant touch. I found moon trees to be an excellent value for money alternative to
hotel stays. Owner ,Dickie was extremely helpful and congenial ,as
well as making supberb coffee. Guesthouse has a wonderful homely vibe
and is in a great location in the heart of the heritage area of
George Town. Building is an authentic Chinese shop front and retains
its old town appeal with basic fittings and amenities but everything
works and is clean and tidy. Would recommend guesthouse to solo
travellers or couples.

Hostel inaugurated in Christmas Day, 2012! The building itself was
almost 100 years old, nicely remodeled to retain the charm of old
family homes, high ceiling and well-located atriums. Because of the

cool, and bright with natural light. The hostel has more open areas
than bedroom -
I had a great time at Muntri House despite a little problem with the
overflowing of water coming from the bathroom sewega system. But they
were able to fix it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and
the place is ideal for walking around the area, shopping, mall, eating
and enjoying native Malaysian and Chinese food delicacies on street
especially at night.
